Gold Deliverable

Adds a high-level project plan with clear milestones, assigned team members, and a detailed schedule from kickoff to go-live. This typically adds up to 10 days to the Silver deliverable, though timing depends on the complexity.

Platinum Deliverable

Includes overseeing the full implementation through to go-live. Implementation timelines vary significantly depending on project complexity, ranging from 1 week to 1 year for highly complex projects such as ATS migrations, where legacy data must be transferred to the new system.
